What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Hr Manager position at AUTOPLEX ATLANTA?
We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting, onboarding, and Payroll. play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players.
Compensation:$52,000
Responsibilities:- Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
- Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures
- Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
- Find qualified candidates, interview top talent, and onboard and train new employees
- Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training
- Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization
- 3 years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position
- Automotive HR experience required
- Dealer track or similar DMS experience required
