We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to serve as the liaison between our skilled technicians and our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and promptly understand their automotive service needs.
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and issues.
- Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs or maintenance, including cost estimates and timeframes.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle and any changes to the service plan.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages based on customers' needs and vehicle requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and with empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and vehicle repairs.
- Collaborate with the service manager and technicians to optimize workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, service techniques, and vehicle technologies to better assist customers and enhance service quality.
- Able to communicate with others in all situations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a automotive repair shop or parts store in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer software for scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and service procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or automotive training a plus.
