As a Service Advisor at Autos of Chicago, you will be the vital link between our customers and our service team. Located at our dealership, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing service appointments, providing accurate estimates, and facilitating communication throughout the repair process.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the service department.
- Provide clear communication regarding repairs, costs, and timelines to customers.
- Prepare accurate estimates for services based on customer needs and vehicle diagnostics.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service history.
- Assist in promoting dealership services and products to enhance sales opportunities.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in an automotive dealership or service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes is essential.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with auto service management software is a plus.
