Minimum Requirements

  • Higher education in the field of marketing, communication or PR.
  • Experience in planning and conducting marketing projects and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining websites and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn).
  • Very good knowledge of modern marketing tools.
  • Experience in organizing events.
  • Practical writing skills.
  • Knowledge of English and MS Office package, including PowerPoint, Excel and simple graphic programs.
  • Driving license B.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement improvements and optimizations.
  • Openness, communication skills and focus on cooperation with other departments of the Company.

Welcome :

  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics, AdWords.
  • Recording and editing short films.
  • Experience in marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market.

    • The main tasks of the post holder will include :

  • Co-creation and implementation of the company's marketing strategy.
  • Participation in the implementation of sales support tools (POS materials, promotional campaigns, gadgets, etc.).
  • Comprehensive organization of national and international industry events, fairs, and events.
  • Managing and maintaining profiles in social media and managing content on websites.
  • Editing press and advertising texts (linguistic correctness, light writing).
  • Brand marketing : active creation and supervision over the image of selected brands.
  • Cooperation with external suppliers and partners, also in English.
  • Market analysis, identifying customer needs, media monitoring.
  • Reporting the results of advertising campaigns, analysis, and recommendations.
