Title Clerk Job Summary:
As Title Clerk you will be getting titles from state and sending them to customers. Assisting with any licensing issues and making sure we are getting all sold titles. Keeping track of wholesale vehicles and doing audits on titles, temp tags, and verifying license spreadsheets are staying up to date.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Flooring
Assist with flooring
Assist in flooring audits
Titles
Order titles from Corporate for sold vehicles
Complete monthly title audits
Track trade in titles after making payoffs.
Send all titles to Corporate Title Clerks
Manage all titling issues
Assist with wholesale titles
Licensing
Deliver and pick up licensing paperwork and plates from DMV/IDS
Ensure that all sold vehicles have current state inspection and emission certificates
Vehicle jacket audit
Help with licensing issues
Verify that license spreadsheets are up to date
Manage all licensing issues
Track the average days to mail out license plates to customers
Complete temporary tag audit
Additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
Ability to operate a vehicle
Ability to sit for 6 - 8 hours
Ability to stand and walk for 2 hours
Visual acuity to read and type for 6 - 8 hours
Simple grasping and fine manipulation to sort through papers for 6 - 8 hours
Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 20 pounds unassisted
