What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage a book of business, fostering trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to discuss trends, product updates, and opportunities
- Be the voice of the client—share feedback with internal teams and advocate for enhancements that align with client goals
- Drive product adoption and increase usage through proactive outreach and strategic planning
- Educate clients on new features and cross-sell additional PaymentVision solutions where beneficial
- Ensure smooth post-sale onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support in partnership with internal teams
- Understand each client’s business needs, identify potential challenges, and help prevent issues before they arise
- Serve as the go-to contact for invoicing questions and assist with account-level escalations
- Associate’s degree in Business or a related field
- 2 years in a client support or customer success role—experience in fintech or financial services is a strong plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
