What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and options
- Negotiate and close sales in a timely and effective manner
- Meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Input data and notes in CRM software
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (or equivalent in another sales industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills
- A team player that is goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Professional appearance and demeanor, energetic, and organized
- Strong work ethic
