What Youll Do :
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and options
Negotiate and close sales in a timely and effective manner
Meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
Input data and notes in CRM software
What Were Looking For :
Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (or equivalent in another sales industry)
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills
A team player that is goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Professional appearance and demeanor, energetic, and organized
Strong work ethic
High level of professionalism and integrity
