Base [Salary Range]: $109,100 - $120,010
Location: Remote 

This position is also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Autosoft plan.

Who You Are:
 

The Manager of Dealermarket is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing DealerMarket’s e-Commerce online strategy. Effective marketing and promotional capabilities, along with strong organizational and multitasking skills, are critical for this role in achieving revenue goals and managing operations efficiently. 

What You'll Do:
 

• Manage all operations of the company’s e-commerce platform, including product updates, content creation, merchandising, customer service, print shop and troubleshooting 
• Manage product pricing strategies and margins 
• As a people manager, manage and coach a team to meet departmental performance indicators 
• Research the market and partner with new wholesalers/distributors to identify new product offerings 
• Analyze customer data and website analytics to identify trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience 
• Execute promotional campaigns consistently 
• Provide monthly insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps 
• Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by category, new product sell-through, and offering code performance  
• Work closely with in-house print shop and outside vendors/suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment 
• Manage and Coordinate SEO and Google Ads/Analytics Contractors: Oversee the performance and deliverables of external contractors for SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. 
• Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments 
• Perform any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Values.  

Required Skills / Abilities:
 

• 3 years’ experience with a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks. 
• 3 years’ experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment. 
• High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. 
• Proficient in Magento 2: Experience with Magento framework, including theme customization, extension development, and troubleshooting.  
• Creative and strategic thinking with a strong customer orientation. 

Preferred Skills / Abilities (Nice-to-haves):
 

• Experience in digital marketing is a plus. 
• Klaviyo experience 

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience  
• 3 years prior experience in a similar role. 

Physical Requirements:
 

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
