Job Title: Warehouse and Inventory Control Manager

Summary: Responsible for inventory control, warehouse functions, and effective operation of the shipping, receiving and stock areas.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Prepares items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory as needed.
2. Creates purchase orders for larger equipment optimizing discounts and promotions by vendors.
3. Oversees and performs incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments to include lifting and carrying materials.
4. Reports any discrepancies in orders to appropriate individuals.
5. Prepares and assembles equipment to be delivered; loads equipment in trailer for delivery.
6. Loading equipment as needed.
7. Inventories and orders supplies to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders.
8. Performs and oversees quarterly inventory counts.
9. Performs and arranges for fleet maintenance as needed.
11. Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
12. Assists with training center set up.
13. Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior warehouse experience required.
3. Prior supervisory experience helpful.
4. Mechanical aptitude to assemble equipment is required.
5. Must be able to drive truck and 26’ trailer and have a clean driving record.
6. Computer experience necessary.
7. Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

2. Must be able to successfully complete preemployment process which includes criminal background, DMV verification and drug test.
3. Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
4. Motivated and self-driven person.
5. Attention to detail is a must.
6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work hard is mandatory.
7. Must be good in a customer facing role.
8. Must work well in a team environment.
9. Must possess the ability to operate a smart phone/tablet.
10. Basic mechanical abilities required.
11. Basic mathematical abilities (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
12. Organizational and communication skills.
13. Desire to learn new skills and improve knowledge.
14. Strong orientation toward: Safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ability to follow instructions and all safety policies. Complete required safety training.
15. Understand, support and comply with company policies and procedures, including those related to safety.
16. Able to speak, read, and write in English.

WORK SCHEDULE
This is full-time, Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.

PHYSCIAL CONDITIONS
1. Must be able to perform all physical functions required for the position such as climbing, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, stooping, lifting above shoulders is a part of daily activity as well as repetitive tasks involving hand and arm motion and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
2. Must be able to push/pull/lift/move parts and equipment with assistance.
3. Ability to tolerate a working environment that consists of: Exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, along with high levels of noise and is subject to weather conditions both inside and outside.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
