Established in 1993, Autowash Systems is a master distributor of car wash equipment, chemical and supplies all throughout the Midwest! We are located in New Prague, MN, Waterloo, IA & Moorhead, MN. We distribute, install, service and manufacture a complete line of products for all types of car washes, from self-serve to full-serve, and everything in between.
ASI has an immediate need for a Service Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic, a mechanical background, who enjoys diversity and a leadership role. This position is responsible for working with our project manager and installation support team to assure the efficient, timely, and safe installation and startup of car wash equipment. This is a career position with excellent benefits and transportation provided. Overnight travel is required as we service projects in all of the metro and greater MN.
Duties:
- Installation of new car wash equipment
- Open and complete work orders
- Service car wash equipment and replace parts
- Operation of mobile equipment on occasion
- Removal/demo of old equipment
- Communicate effectively with customer, coworkers, and office team
- Effectively complete checklists and tasks
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related mechanical or industrial experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents
* Having a CDL is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
