AutoXcel Corporation Overview:
AutoXcel Corporation is a national Automotive F & I provider specializing in product warranties and vehicle service contracts for automobiles.
Responsibilities:
AutoXcel is seeking accounting candidates to join our Accounting/Finance department.
This position includes, but is not limited to the following duties:
- Process vendor invoices following company and regulatory guidance.
- Provide payment for claim invoices timely and accurately.
- Assist with other accounting payment functions.
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
- A minimum of two years' accounting experience.
- Customer service assisting clients and customers via email and phone.
- Experience in processing accounts payable and/or accounts receivable transactions.
- Experience related to high-volume bank and credit card activity processing and oversight.
- Preparing, posting, and reviewing vendor credits.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work within deadlines.
- Experience and ability to work as part of a growing and busy team.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Experience with navigating different software programs (i.e. - StoneEagle F&I or DAP).
- QuickBooks Online and Desktop versions required.
Ability to shift task focus as needed and desire to work as a team player with a desire for accuracy.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively in writing and via phone.
