Claims Representative
AutoXcel, established in 2004, is a nationwide company that prides itself on providing consistent personable service to consumers and auto dealers. The Company is seeking new Claims Representatives to assist in the growth of the Company. The position works best for the person that enjoys communication with others. Phone etiquette and detail are essential. If you enjoy speaking with others, this may be an appropriate fit for you.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Receive calls to begin a claim. The representative typically answers inbound and makes outbound calls to customers.
- The representative will be assigned a claim to then have a discussion with the customer how to resolve the claim. The representative will complete a risk assessment per claim to ensure all coverages.
- The representative will develop a relationship with various dealership service advisers and technicians.
- Resolving the claim.
What We Are Looking For:
- Good phone voice and grammar over the phone.
- Two years of customer interaction experience
- Experience educating customers on products and guidelines.
- A 4-year degree is preferred, but not required.
- AutoXcel has a good claims team environment, and looks for team players.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Benefits: Salary is dependent on experience, range $35,000 to $45,000. The company provides paid vacation and sick leave. Health insurance is provided to each employee after 90 days without cost (other than deductibles) to the employee. The company also provides a contribution vision and dental plan as well. Parking Downtown is also provided.
