Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and in-person interactions.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements.
• Present vehicle options and features clearly, utilizing effective public speaking skills.
• Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiate sales agreements while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities using relevant software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and enhance overall dealership performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in retail math to assist with pricing and financing discussions.
• Ability to work independently in outside sales environments as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
