What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Safety Trainer *Internal Employees Only position at Autry Technology Center?
This position would be an additional duty to the safety trainer position. Interested applicants must apply to be considered for the lead trainer position.

Lead Safety Trainer responsibilities:
1. Ensure curriculum materials are up to date, incorporating the latest safety standards and best practices for in-person and on-site training.
2. Increasing the safety training program by following up on new clients and expanding the training opportunities available to clients.
3. Follow up on all received complaints from safety trainers and/or clients. If necessary or unresolved, escalate and report to leadership.
4. Ensure all necessary training equipment and supplies are available and in working order.
5. Oversee the safety program by assessing, coordinating, and evaluating in-person and on-site safety training programs. Develop and maintain annual safety plans, partnerships, and agreements with new and existing clients.
