The Opportunity
As the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), you will play a key role in leading and managing day-to-day operations across all our campuses. This is not a remote role—healthcare thrives on direct involvement, and we’re looking for someone who is committed to being present in the facilities. What You’ll Do:

• Lead the planning, organizing, and evaluation of daily operations in compliance with regulatory, statutory, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee financial management, including the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring performance against financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and assist with ongoing updates to meet evolving standards.
• Address deficiencies identified during inspections, leading the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive environment and ensuring that we meet staffing requirements at all times.
• Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, medical staff, and the community, ensuring that residents' rights and dignity are upheld at all times.
• Promote continuous professional development for yourself and your team through ongoing training and industry engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments and medical professionals to ensure coordinated care and smooth facility operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s (NHA) license in the state of Tennessee.
• Previous experience in nursing home administration, including familiarity with healthcare regulations and laws governing long-term care.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, cost controls, and quality assurance processes.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team in a collaborative, process-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff, residents, families, and external partners.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
