POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary purpose of the job is to assist in managing the customer flow from inquiry to actual admission. You will ensure positive relations with the potential customer(s) and referral sources, ensure proper payer for admission, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and contribute towards the community’s profitability and census goals. In addition, you will assist the Director of Social Services to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met / maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures. Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and community Policies and Procedures.
