What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing And Public Relations Coordinator position at Autumn Cashmere?
Autumn Cashmere is looking for a creative self-starter to implement and execute our social media and public relations strategy. The Marketing and PR Coordinator will support the e-commerce, sales, and design team through a wide variety of projects. This individual is highly organized with a keen eye for detail who supports decisions and recommendations with data.
Social Media Responsibilities
- Content creation
- Planning, scheduling, and posting
- Competitive research and analysis
- General upkeep of social media presence including responding to DMS and comments, re-posting mentions, and implementing overall social media strategy based on meta data and analytics
Public Relations Responsibilities
- Plan press preview events and parties for the launch of each new season
- Write and send out press releases in accordance with the launch of every new collection
- Execute outreach and assist in the planning of the Spring and Fall sample sales
- Maintain relationships with media contacts by keeping open communication, seeking out any related opportunities, and regularly updating our contact list
- Be the point of contact for any publications, editors, stylists, and photographer
Photoshoot Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the design team to schedule model casting
- Reach out to agency contacts to assist in confirming stylists and photographers
- Assist the team in location scouting and booking
- Be the point of contact for all agents, photographers, stylists, and studio owners
- Ensure a smooth shoot day by scheduling catering, creating and sending out call sheets, and confirming all moving parts
- Capture behind the scenes footage for social media
Influencer Marketing Responsibilities
- Research and find new influencers that align with our brand
- Conduct outreach by sending linesheets and gaining new influencers to collaborate with
- Maintain relationships with current influencers
- Oversee the entirety of our influencer marketing campaign for each season from outreach to post
E-Commerce Responsibilities
- Write product description copy and messaging for the website
- Ensure social media and influencer marketing strategy aligns with our D2C plans
- Assist the e-commerce team at photoshoots
- Help with customer service inquiries as needed
Qualifications
- 1 years of relevant experience (bonus if within the fashion industry)
- Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and relentless follow-through
- An effective multitasker, communicator, problem-solver and collaborator
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Shopify, and Meta are a plus
