We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate Directors, AVPs and VPs to join our lifestyle team, specifically to join our tech, beauty, lifestyle, and more!
In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of strategic client campaigns while driving new business initiatives. The ideal candidate is a respected industry leader with a proven history of success in building, nurturing, and expanding client relationships. This individual will be a seasoned professional, trusted by senior clients and dedicated to inspiring and growing their team.
Location: Must live in the greater Tri-State area with access to our office 2 days a week.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the team leader daily, working closely with senior account members to ensure teams are managed efficiently, meeting client goals, while abiding by company practices and standards.
- Maintain and maximize relationships with top-level national print, online, and broadcast media, pitching, writing and securing media coverage alongside the teams.
- Demonstrate commitment to industry, agency and clients by mastering industry knowledge and trends, understanding and clients’ business.
- Serve as senior point of contact for clients; ensuring quality work from the team in order to meet/exceed expectations and maintain client retention.
- Oversee teams in managing various communications strategies in alignment with client objectives; identify and resolve when strategies aren’t working or the situations change.
- Monitor client documents to consistently evolve with changing goals, milestones and achievements, as well as making sure account teams are pitching appropriately and regularly.
- Effectively and regularly communicate with internal team members and clients.
- Participate in and or lead creative brainstorming sessions for the agency.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, assigned client’s business, products, industry and competitive landscape.
- Mentor junior, mid-level, and senior staff by managing the review process of all direct reports.
