The schedule is as follows: Every Tuesday and Thursday, off Wednesday, two Fridays a month, one Saturday a month.

We are looking for a cross trained front office coordinator that would like to join our amazing team. Our team provides compassionate and professional care while creating an optimal experience for all our patients and family. Skills:
- Cross trained as a dental assistant
- Solid dental administrative experience, good customer service and a mature, calm demeanor are essential skills for this position
- Greeting and receiving patients, making financial arrangements, answering telephones with proper telephone etiquette, screening and directing calls, responding to patient needs and questions regarding dental procedures and follow up on appointments
- Check-in and check-out of patients, scheduling patients and ensuring patient info is up to date and accurate
- Collect co-pays and past due balance on date of service, present financial treatment plans, facilitate effective patient flow of scheduling patients
- Identify, reference and apply insurance coverage and billing while performing basic computer functions
Requirements:
Dental experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and warm personality
Demonstrates knowledge of effective scheduling
Demonstrates and promotes superior customer service skills
Works well under pressure and ability to multi-task
Exercise knowledge of dental terminology preferred
Experience with, and proficiency in, electronic medical records, Dentrix Ascend software, insurance verification
