Duties

- Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide support in medical documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Engage with patients in a compassionate manner to promote emotional well-being.
- Help patients with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide care for specialized populations including pediatrics, dementia care, and emergency medicine as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a caregiving role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices is highly desirable.
- Experience in outpatient settings, assisted living facilities, urgent care, or acute care environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of best practices for patient safety and comfort in various healthcare settings.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
