Responsibilities for Admissions Coordinator :

  • Obtains applicant information by requesting completed applications and medical information, verifying and clarifying information, interviewing patients and family members, and explaining admissions criteria
  • Manages the onboarding of patients
  • Checks patients into the system as they arrive

    • Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Admissions Coordinator :

  • Must have at least 2 years experience in long term care
  • Must have prior experience as an Admissions Coordinator in long term care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership and management skills
