- Plan, document, and implement activities
- Encourage Resident to take part in activities of daily living that will stimulate his/her potential physically, mentally, socially and spiritually
Qualifications & Experience Requirements for TRD Assistant:
- Previous Experience as an TRD Assistant Required
- Long term care experience in a skilled nursing facility required
- Must have TRD Certification
- Must be highly organized, energetic, motivated, creative, and a good team player
- Occasional weekends
