PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Plans organize and direct recreational service programs designed to motivate, stimulate, restore abilities, and improve the quality of life for all residents.
- Works with residents at the bedside with specially designed activities.
- Assists with the transportation of residents to areas where programs are being conducted.
- Assists with the documentation of resident participation and progress.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements for TRD Director:
- Previous Experience as an TRD Director Required
- Long term care recreation aide in Dementia experince
- Must have TRD Certification
