The Context

The Role
Autumn Ridge Church is seeking an individual to serve as the Executive Administrative Assistant, partnering with the Lead Pastor and the Executive Pastor of Strategy & Culture to further the mission of Autumn Ridge Church. The Executive Admin will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, providing comprehensive support to the Lead Pastor and financial and HR assistant support to the Executive Pastor of Strategy & Culture. This will allow for both pastors to focus on decision-making and higher-level responsibilities. The Executive Admin will serve as the air traffic controller for the life of the Lead Pastor. This role will help facilitate pastoral duties primarily through administrative assistance, organizational support, coordinating multiple avenues of communication, project management for events, and supporting other leaders and volunteers.

The Responsibilities
- Manage the calendar and all appointments of the Lead Pastor. This will include both his professional and personal calendar.
- Manage the email account of the Lead Pastor and regularly correspond on his behalf.
- Manage the expense report of the Lead Pastor.
- Attend meetings and catalogue all follow up items for the Lead Pastor.
- Create, organize, and manage special projects as directed by the Lead Pastor.
- May be required to recruit, supervise, and care for volunteers tasked to assist in special projects.
- Manage a broad range of professional and personal tasks that will require access to professional and personal credit cards of the Lead Pastor: travel arrangements, food orders, gift purchases, reservations, etc.
- Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize professional and personal considerations on behalf of the Senior Pastor.
- Assist Executive Pastor of Strategy & Culture with various weekly and monthly financial and HR needs.
- On average, this role will work 85% with the Lead Pastor and 15% with the Executive Pastor of Strategy & Culture.

- Manage and complete projects with excellence.
- Experience with and working knowledge of Mac and M/S Office software, database management, and social media.
- Excellent grammar and editing skills.
