Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation and ensure that all food is prepared according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
- Serve meals to residents, ensuring proper portion sizes and presentation.
- Buss tables and clean dining areas after meals, maintaining a tidy environment.
- Help with inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting any shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and cooks to ensure smooth meal service operations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Provide support during special events or themed meal days as needed.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy meal times.
- Experience in the food service industry, particularly in roles related to food preparation or cooking.
