Responsibilities

- Provide care and support for residents with dementia, utilizing appropriate techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and caregivers to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents by adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in training sessions and continuing education opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to patient care.
