Responsibilities
- Take and record vital signs under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Measure and record height, weight, intake, and output.
- Care for the guests' environment, ensuring a clean and safe space.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting needs.
- Support eating and hydration efforts.
- Monitor guests' skin health and report any changes to licensed nurses, providing skin care as needed.
- Meet guests' mental health and social service needs.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification necessary.
