The responsibilities and qualifications for this role include:
- Planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services
- Supervising care services provided by CNAs and STNAs
- Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions
- Assessing the health of guests and notifying physicians of changes in status
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state
- CPR certification
