For this role, the base salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 OTE. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. What You'll Be Doing:
Sales & Business Development:
- Engage potential clients through strategic research and outreach.
- Deliver impactful TowPay demonstrations and manage the sales cycle.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Guide merchants through a smooth onboarding process.
- Conduct tailored training sessions for effective TowPay adoption.
- Develop and implement customized onboarding plans.
- Cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular reviews to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Act as a customer advocate for continuous product improvement.
- Monitor engagement and recommend strategies to optimize usage.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Implement initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Quickly resolve merchant inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Escalate critical issues for swift resolution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
- Understand merchant challenges and needs in the evolving market.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience.
Required:
- 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management in payments within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and driving customer retention.
- Strong understanding of payments within the SaaS industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer engagement platforms.
- Experience working with SMBs or merchants in retail, hospitality, or eCommerce sectors.
- Knowledge of payment processing technologies and SaaS trends.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
