About the Role:
At Autura, we’re all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathy, ambition, and a strong team spirit. Right now, we’re looking for a Creative Services Associate to join our Marketing department. As a Creative Services Associate, you’ll be responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving Autura’s visual assets, marketing materials, and websites. You’ll work across a range of projects, from creating PowerPoint decks and sales collateral to designing ad creatives and website visuals, to producing high-quality video content like customer testimonials and explainer videos.This role requires someone with strong graphic design skills, video editing expertise, and web design experience (WordPress & Elementor preferred). You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enforcing Autura’s brand identity across all platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design & Content Creation
- Develop visually compelling PowerPoint decks, flyers, proposals, case studies, document templates, and other marketing and sales assets.
- Design digital and print ads for Autura’s products, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Maintain and update Autura’s brand book, logos, and identity guidelines.
Web Design & Management
- Design, build, and maintain autura.com and associated websites using WordPress (Elementor preferred).
- Ensure the website is visually engaging, responsive, and aligned with Autura’s brand identity.
- Optimize landing pages and digital assets for user experience (UX) and conversion optimization.
Video Production & Editing
- Capture and edit customer testimonials, explainer videos, and marketing video
- Create motion graphics, animations, and compelling video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools.
- Work with the marketing team to script, storyboard, and execute video projects that enhance brand storytelling.
Brand & Asset Management
- Ensure all internal and external content follows brand guidelines.
- Manage and organize creative assets for easy access and use across departments.
About You:
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, web design, and/or video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD, etc.).
- Experience working with WordPress (Elementor preferred) for website design and management.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding best practices.
- Experience with video capture, editing, and motion graphics.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and digital design best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website updates.
- Experience with photography or audio editing.
- Experience with 3D design or animation.

For this role, the base salary range is $85,000 - $95,000. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all team members pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
