About the Role:
At Autura, we’re all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathy, ambition, and a strong team spirit. Right now, we’re looking for a Market General Manager to join our Sales (Market Place) department. As the Market General Manager you will focus on actively sourcing leads to drive sales of our platform. Additionally, you will utilize various networking strategies, auction platforms, and competitor insights to curate lists of potential sellers and engage with these prospects. This role involves significant travel to support the expansion of our outreach.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify potential leads from diverse platforms and present the value of our platform
- Guide sellers through the platform onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition once they sign on as a partner
- Act as a contact for any seller-related issues or concerns
- Showcase the platforms functionality, assisting sellers in utilizing its features effectively
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to prioritize building pipelines, leads, and to set appointments
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales goals to support company objectives
- Leverage market research and data insights to streamline processes and enhance sales strategies
About You:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a Sales or client facing position
- Proven track record in active lead generation and successful engagement in a sales or business development capacity
- Ability to travel frequently, about 50%
- Strong communication skills, adept in presenting
- Ability to liaise between clients and internal teams
- Analytical & results-driven mindset

For this role, the base salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 OTE. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all team members pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
