For this role, the base salary range is $70,000-$80,000 OTE. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the full sales cycle for your designated region, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify market trends, discover growth opportunities, and enhance product positioning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and team quotas, promoting a proactive sales culture.
- Use essential sales support tools to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals.
- Work closely with client services and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients during the onboarding phase.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics to align with objectives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Occasionally travel to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
- Partner with Solution Engineers and Business Development Representatives to perform targeted market research and engage potential clients.
- Work with customers, partners, and other stakeholders in a consultative sales process.
- Support marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and identify prospects.
- Apply B2G (Business-to-Government) experience where applicable.
- 5 years of experience in a SaaS sales role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success in Business-to-Government (B2G) sales, with a track record of engaging with government agencies and understanding their unique sales processes.
- A "hunter" mentality with a history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in a high-transaction setting.
- Strong skills in building relationships and nurturing client champions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing innovative sales approaches.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
- Experience engaging at various levels within accounts and handling high-level discussions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively.
- Trained in a formal sales methodology (Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC etc).
