Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Finance or Head of Investor Relations to join our dynamic team at Autzu. As the Director of Finance, you will play a critical role in leading our financial operations, overseeing fundraising efforts with investors, and providing strategic financial guidance as we scale our business globally. This is an executive-level position that requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the CEO and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with Autzu’s overall goals and objectives.
Lead the fundraising efforts, including identifying potential investors, preparing financial models and business plans, and presenting to potential stakeholders.
Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Manage financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost management, and investment evaluation.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including investors, financial institutions, and auditors.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and other members of the executive team to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.

Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar executive-level role in a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization.

Strong experience dealing with top VC's and fundraising for startups

Strong knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Demonstrated experience in successfully leading fundraising efforts, including securing investments from venture capitalists, private equity firms, or other funding sources.

Solid understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external partners.
