As a Fleet Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and readiness of our rental fleet in San Francisco. Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager, your primary duties will involve inspections, validation, basic vehicle maintenance, and cleaning.

As a Fleet Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and readiness of our rental fleet in San Francisco. Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager, your primary duties will involve inspections, validation, basic vehicle maintenance, and cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Inspection and Cleaning: Ensure interior and exterior cleaning of the rental fleet
- Basic Maintenance: Perform tasks like tire changing and other basic vehicle maintenance
- Safety & Quality Checks: Identify and promptly report any vehicle damages, dashboard warnings, or safety concerns.
- Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers, addressing basic questions and concerns.
- Vehicle Handling: Manage the pickup and drop-off of vehicles at our service vendors.
- Effective Communication: Relay vital information regarding the fleet to the Fleet Management team. Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for this purpose.
- Work Environment Adaptability: Comfortably operate in a sheltered, non-heated underground parking lot.
Qualifications
- Valid US Driver’s License.
- Ability to commute to hub location
- Clean criminal and driving record.
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Physical ability to move in and out of vehicles; lifting capability up to 20kg/50 lb.
- Proficient verbal communication skills.
