Conduct electrical repairs and services for residential customers, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.Respond promptly to electrical service calls from customers in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.Apply customer service training to provide expert guidance on electrical service options, products, and financing plans to meet customer needs.Uphold the trust and satisfaction of each customer by delivering exceptional electrical workmanship and attentive service.Adhere strictly to company policies and guidelines, maintaining accountability for all actions taken while representing Aux Home Services in electrical service operations.Our Hiring Process
