Auxilium Biotechnologies is a medical device startup aiming to help patients with traumatic nerve injuries. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Device Manufacturing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in medical device manufacturing and a willingness to learn. This is a temporary entry-level position located in Ann Arbor, MI with opportunities for growth and development in the field of biomedical engineering.

Responsibilities
- Assist in manufacturing to produce medical devices according to established procedures.
- Learn to troubleshoot equipment and process issues to ensure manufacturing processes remain in operations.
- Assist in documenting manufacturing activities, including equipment logs, batch records, and inspection records, and inventory in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- No experience needed, training is done on-site.
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree not needed.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow written procedures accurately.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members.
- Attention to details.
Location: Ann Arbor, MI facility (at the crossroads of Jackson and Wagner).
Duration: 12 months at a minimum, beginning as soon as the applicant is available and lasting indefinitely or until an agreed upon date.
Full-Time: Only full-time positions are available, with a commitment requirement of 40 hrs/week.
Salary: $20/hour.
