Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and motivated Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer to join our dynamic team. The AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions and machine learning models to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI, machine learning, data analysis, and a strong understanding of programming and algorithm development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms for various applications, including predictive analytics, automation, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements and provide AI-driven solutions.
• Implement machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, perform feature engineering, and ensure data quality.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning techniques, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Develop and maintain AI tools, libraries, and infrastructure.
• Test, evaluate, and document AI models and solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance for AI-related initiatives within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning development.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C , or R.
• Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature extraction, and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or generative adversarial networks (GANs).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Prior experience in an AI-focused industry or startup environment.
• Must have at least 4 to 5 years experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 per hour
