**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced top-notch FOH member to join our dynamic team.This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests while also assisting the bar staff in maintaining a smoothly running and well-stocked bar. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Customer Service Excellence

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, cocktails, and wine pairings to enhance the dining experience.

- Anticipate and address guests' needs promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

**Efficient Bar Support:**

- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, including mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and garnishing as required.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down surfaces, restocking glassware, and disposing of waste.

- Restock bar supplies and ingredients to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.

- Assist in maintaining inventory levels, notifying management of any low stock items.

**Operational Support:**

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders to customers.

- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts, ensuring it's properly stocked and clean.

- Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and dining area, promptly addressing any issues.

**Teamwork and Communication:**

- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with fellow servers, bartenders, and other staff members.

- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any customer feedback, special requests, or issues that arise during shifts.

- Adapt to the changing needs of the restaurant, stepping in to support other areas when necessary.

**Safety and Compliance:**

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting is essential.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail.

- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and food menu items is preferred.

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods.

- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
