We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at AV Pros NY.

As an Administrative Assistant at AV Pros NY, you'll play a vital role in supporting our President and VP. You'll manage various tasks, including time-tracking entries for payroll, ensuring accuracy of company fleet maintenance, and overseeing new vendor onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage time-tracking entries for payroll and ensure accuracy of company fleet maintenance.
  • Oversee new vendor onboarding and maintain up-to-date contact records.
  • Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and follow through to completion.
  • Ensure timely access approvals for buildings and help coordinate logistics.
  • Handle the company's eBay store and assist with creating new administrative processes.
  • Oversee new employee onboarding, including workstation setup.
  • Manage supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and place orders when necessary.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and events for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in the AV, construction, electrical, or HVAC fields is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve on the fly.
