We are looking for an experienced **Breakout Technician** to join our team! The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills.
### **Responsibilities:**
- Set up and strike breakout rooms with precision and efficiency (2-5 years of experience required)
- Operate and troubleshoot digital and analog audio consoles
- Work with digital video switchers to ensure seamless presentations
- Utilize PowerPoint effectively for presentations and event support
- Read and interpret room diagrams for accurate setups
- Build and assemble projection screens
- Handle and transport necessary equipment safely (must be able to lift required gear)
- Work efficiently under pressure while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Provide top-tier customer service to clients and event staff
- Operate and troubleshoot both Mac and PC systems
