Our client a NJ based commercial AV design integration and managed services company specializing primarily in luxury retail and public spaces is searching for an experienced commercial AudioVisual Installation and Service Technician.
The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills a strong work ethic excellent organization skills and a solid understanding of AV Systems and troubleshooting. Technicians will provide ongoing technical and operational support of audiovisual equipment and systems as well as service and maintenance.
Job Description :
- Responsible for setting up installing operating testing and troubleshooting audio and video equipment to include operating maintaining distributing installing configuring various electronic products while ensuring their optimal performance.
- Install and replace hardware components e.g. LCD displays Direct View LEDs Audio Systems Media players etc.
- Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting of installed systems Diagnose repair and test AV Systems and associated equipment.
- Perform system configuration leveling and wiring.
- Load and retrieve software configurations and programming files.
- Provide highquality telephone and in person AV support.
- Pull wire through conduit and surface runs terminate.
