Responsibilities will include but not limited to :
Sales Support :
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in preparing and processing sales quotes orders and proposals accurately and promptly.
- Coordinating with the sales team to provide administrative support including managing calendars scheduling client meetings and preparing sales presentations.
- Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking sales metrics to support team performance and goal achievement.
