A global freight forwarding organization is seeking a Key Accounts & Pricing Coordinator to support its continued growth and development. As a key member of the Sales Support team, this position reports to the Key Accounts and Pricing Manager and requires strong skills in account management, quoting, customer service, troubleshooting obstacles for alternatives, and sales support. The ideal candidate must have advanced Excel proficiency, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day sales support for assigned accounts, including:

Communicating with clients and addressing inquiries.

Creating client reports, rate proposals, spot quotes, and quarterly quotes.

Updating client information records.

Communicating with clients and addressing inquiries.

Collaborate with overseas teams to request and verify rates.

Prepare monthly account reports, analyzing business trends and identifying new opportunities.

Support business expansion by investigating and developing new trade lanes.

Respond to rate quotation requests from overseas offices.

Utilize internal systems, including Excel, SharePoint, CRM, and Datamyne.

Assist in preparing RFPs, bid tenders, and rate proposals for U.S.-related transactions.

Attend sales meetings, client calls, and management meetings as needed.

Source and evaluate new trucking vendors.

Work closely with the billing team to resolve rate discrepancies with carriers or overseas offices.
- Identify alternative solutions for shipping, trucking, and logistics challenges.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in pricing, sales support, or account management.

Advanced Excel skills required, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

Ability to analyze and calculate pricing structures and market trends.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
