What You’ll Do:
Be the First Smile They See: Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a welcoming, stress-free environment.
Master the Schedule: Coordinate appointments seamlessly, keeping our veterinarians’ calendars organized and efficient.
Be the Calm Voice: Manage multi-line phones with ease, offering clear, compassionate support for pet owners’ questions.
Handle Payments with Care: Process billing and payments accurately, ensuring a smooth check-out experience.
Prescription Pro: Accurately fill prescriptions and maintain precise records within Cornerstone.
Keep It Fresh: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, exam rooms, and lobby.
Team Player Extraordinaire: Work closely with our veterinary staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Hands-On Help: Assist with basic animal handling when needed, adding an extra layer of support to our clinical team.
What We’re Looking For:
Cornerstone Software Experience is REQUIRED—this is a must-have!
Previous experience in veterinary reception or animal care is a huge plus.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to multitask like a pro.
Strong attention to detail and stellar organizational abilities.
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping both pets and people.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.28 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
