At AV Workshop, were a dynamic and energetic company, looking for a dedicated professional to help us support live event production for our high-profile NYC-based clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the logistics and daily operations of the warehouse
- Prep, test, and pack Audio, Video, & Lighting Equipment
- Manage inventory control and organization
- Coordinate post-event returns and check-ins of equipment
- Organize logistics and scheduling for a high volume of daily jobs
- Advise on stock control for consumables and other materials
- Schedule and manage warehouse staff
Required Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of AV equipment, including lighting, sound, video processing, and projection
- Proven experience in the live events industry at a managerial level
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Live Events, AV Support/Operations, or as a Lead Technician/Technical Director
- A keen eye for detail and organization
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and goals
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and work schedules
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A positive, energetic attitude with a "can-do" approach
