We are excited to be recruiting for the next important piece of our history and new talent, a Regional AV Sales Account Manager! This position assists the Sales Team by selling AV3 Systems and Services and by developing strong working relationships with our clients. This is a hybrid position based out of Augusta, GA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes and nourishes relationships with customers
- Sells services and products by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge
- Assists with the marketing of the company’s products and services
- Provides estimates as needed
- Participates in solicitation responses ensuring customer expectations and deadlines are adhered to
- Meets defined revenue goals
- Meets key performance indicators to include:
- New customer connections that are tracked against target areas, strategic teaming relationship development, and/organizational goal
- Establishing NDAs
- Existing partner expansion that maintains relationships and keeps the brand in other companies' minds
- Establishing teaming agreements
- New Contract Vehicles Identified to submit Proposals for
- SS/RFIs submitted
- Identifies and attends trade shows, conferences, and expositions to sell the services the company provides
- Participates in project kick-off meetings
- Researches competitors and develops new methods in maintaining current customers and attaining new customers
- Answers customer questions and handles their complaints rapidly
- Works closely with the Procurement Team
- Works closely with the Engineering team including attending site surveys
- Performs all other duties as assigned
To qualify for this position, you must possess a HS diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant technical degree is preferred. Additionally, you must possess at least 6 years of general sales experience, as well as the ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
The selected candidate will be asked to source and lead business in the Augusta, GA area. The selected candidate may be expected to source and lead business in the following areas as well:

- Savannah, GA

Pay Range
$65,000 - $75,000 per year, plus commission
The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, AV3, Inc. considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
