We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Crypto Custody team. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and scaling secure, high-performance blockchain and crypto wallet products for Ava Labs and our ecosystem partners. This role is an integral part of our technical leadership group-pioneering cutting-edge solutions, building modular and scalable crypto wallet infrastructures, and ensuring the highest standards of security.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Innovate & Architect :
Design, develop, and maintain crypto wallet systems using Golang, ensuring robust support for protocols such as multi-party computation (MPC) and multi-signature (multi-sig) configurations
Work closely with Partners to optimize configurations and setups for Ava Labs products
Assess opportunities and recommend solutions tailored to client needs
Demonstrate an independent, driven mindset that thrives on taking initiative without being micromanaged
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
5 years of hands-on engineering experience with a strong focus on backend systems, particularly in Golang-experience with JavaScript is a plus
A self-driven, independent mindset with extreme ownership over your work and outcomes
A user-centric approach to designing and launching high-quality products that fuel the growth of the crypto economy
