What Youll Be Doing
Overseeing daily operations of a large oncology | infusion unit.
Managing budgets, staffing, and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Leading and mentoring nursing staff to ensure continued professional development.
Driving quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes.
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Minimum 5 years of nursing management|leadership experience.
Previous oncology is required.
Current|Active California RN license, BLS certification.
BSN, Masters preferred
Infusion floor, Outpatient care experience
