What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Scrum Master position at Avacend Inc?
Looking for Scrum Masters who have experience leading multiple teams (max 3 per Scrum master) on a scaled agile program. We will need to work with the team to adopt and establish SAFe best practices (ceremonies, sprint metrics, coaching teams, partnership with peer scrum masters, IT, and the business). Should be able to work with Production Owners / Managers to maintain a healthy product backlog, run day-to-day scrum activities, identify any impediments, identify dependencies within and external teams, and coordinate to complete the work.
Mandatory Skills:
Understanding of Scrum Framework, Agile Principles, Conflict Resolution, Motivation & Empowerment, Analytical Skills, Clear & Concise Communication
Lean Agile Principles, Knowledge of PI Planning, Knowledge of on-premises and Cloud-related Java application development/testing/deployment.
